Riverside Law Group Obtains $1.5 Million USERRA Class Action Settlement

Riverside Law Group, PLLC's obtained a $1,500,000 settlement for class members in a USERRA matter against FedEx. RLG's lead class action attorney Matt Crotty served as co-counsel in the case, which alleged that FedEx discriminated against military reservists by failing to pay employees who took short-term military leave. The proposed settlement is pending court approval. Importantly, the settlement amount does not include payment for attorneys' fees, which will be litigated separately, ensuring that the greatest portion of the award go directly to the affected class members.
