Riverside Law Group Obtains Jury Verdict against DSHS Investigator for Constitutional Violations.

Riverside Law Group’s trial attorney Michael Love successfully obtained a jury verdict on behalf of his clients in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington for constitutional violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The jury of 8 people awarded $160,000 in compensatory damages and $15,000 in punitive damages. Michael Love was asked to take this case, which was previously proceeding pro se, by the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Washington due to his extensive trial experience.​
