Riverside NW Law Group Welcomes Lindsay Kornegay

Riverside NW Law Group is excited to announce the newest addition to our team of legal professionals. Please join us in welcoming attorney Lindsay Kornegay. Lindsay will be joining the firm’s Corporate and Trusts & Estates practice. She earned her J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law), where she graduated magna cum laude. Lindsay also recently earned her LL.M. in taxation from New York University. She is licensed to practice in both Washington and Idaho. Before joining Riverside Law Group, Lindsay practiced at firms in Spokane, serving a wide range of local and national clients. Lindsay advises in a variety of areas, including nonprofit and corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and estate tax planning. She is also experienced in corporate transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions. Lindsay’s addition marks an exciting milestone for the firm. Our team of experienced attorneys offers a wide range of legal services, including litigation, trusts & estates, corporate transactions, and land use advising.
