Katie’s practice focuses on litigation with a concentration on corporate litigation. Katie has experience in representing clients in all things business. She has handled a variety of cases, including multi-million dollar contract disputes, construction defects, employment discrimination and retaliation claims and real estate disputes. Katie also helps a number of her clients by providing general business advice to help them proactively avoid disputes.  She works hard to help her clients get a timely resolution so they can stay focused on what matters to their business.

Katie earned her Juris Doctorate from the Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, Katie clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for two years. Prior to joining Riverside, Katie practiced at a regional mid-sized firm where she oversaw the litigation team.

A Spokane native, Katie is committed to serving the North Idaho and Spokane communities. She has received numerous awards, including the Idaho Business Review’s award for Leaders in Law in 2019 and North Idaho Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2024. She is currently licensed to practice law in Idaho, Washington, and Coeur d’Alene Tribal Court.

Katie spends her off time with her family, bouncing from soccer practice to the ski mountain.
